AssetBook is making improvements.

Recent updates to AssetBook include,

The Industry Group field was added to the Investment List grid, beside the Objective field. It can be deselected like all the other fields.

Fully blank pages (no header, no footer, etc.) are now suppressed in batch reports. This does not apply to Household- or Account-level reports; it is only for batch reports.

AssetBook Updates

Household and Account Positions grid now includes the Moody Rating and S&P Rating fields (from the position’s parent Investment).

AdvisorVault upload functionality now includes the ability to set a delete date for the report (this is a feature of AdvisorVault that allows users to set a date upon which the document will be deleted from the AdvisorVault). See the first screenshot below for new feature.

This feature is available from the Account, Household and Report Data Set Reports screen.

Delete Date does not have to be set in order for reports to upload.

AdvisorVault checkbox and date picker are enabled only for Households/Accounts for which the AdvisorVault integration is set up. For all others it is disabled (grayed out), as shown in the second screenshot below.
