AssetBook Enhancements

In the ViewAllocation screen, users now have a checkbox to show or hide the graph(s) on that screen. This is a sticky setting (i.e. AssetBook remembers the setting from session to session).

In the TransactionDetail screen, the Add Price button will now be inactive if it is a new transaction that hasn’t yet been saved. Once the new transaction is saved the Add Price button becomes active/clickable.

AssetBook Release Notes 2 8/22/2011

AssetBook Release Notes 2 8/22/2011

In addition to adding new codes to transaction filters, AssetBook has also added/enhanced the following features in the system:
• Two Custom lookup fields in both Accounts and Households. They appear as dropdowns on the More Detail tabs and they correspond with tables that can be populated with any data the user may want.
• Current Allocation tab located in Accounts and Households positions tab have been enhanced to include Target Allocations for models assigned at these levels. There have also been 2 check boxes added to show Percentages in Graph Labels and Show Target Allocations.
• Show Target Allocations along with showing the target Allocation at the Account or Household level the grid will now include: Target Value, Target Percentage, Variation in Value and Class Tolerance.  When the Show Target Allocation has been selected the new fields are made visible in the grid, a second graph will also be visible that shows the target allocation based on Model assignment.
o  If no model is assigned at either level, the Tolerance and Target columns will display zeros, and the target allocation graph will not be visible.
o If the model assigned at either level is a Class Model but the radio button is set to Show Investment Allocation and not Class Allocation the tolerance and target columns will display zeros, and then target allocation graph will not display. The opposite is also true if the assigned model is Investment based.

AssetBook Release Notes 8/10/11

We've made a slight adjustment to the AUM number that’s displayed in the header of AssetBook’s default screen. You can now choose whether to include unmanaged accounts in the AUM value.  Users who do not want unmanaged Accounts included in that AUM number can set it to exclude unmanaged Accounts by going into Administration – Performance Settings and checking the checkbox at the bottom of the page called ‘Exclude Unmanaged Accounts from AUM Displayed in Header’.
